Frequently asked questions.
Yes all of our cameras shoot in 4k meaning we can deliver video in Ultra High Definition!
After filming, we review and organise all the footage to make sure everything is good to be edited together. We may have already invoiced you and asked for a deposit if you are a new client so here is where the remaining balance would be due. If we haven’t already invoiced, we would now send over an invoice to be paid in full whilst we get to work on your edit. We usually say 7 days to get an initial draft back but this may be sooner.
We always give 2 drafts and a final edit so providing your changes are small and you make us aware, we can make those changes no problem. We can’t however change things that would require another day of shooting. Bigger changes also would incur an extra charge but this would be discussed with you prior.
Yes it can, the majority of our videos are able to be posted anywhere. But be aware of how certain formats can look on different platforms. For example, if you have requested an Instagram Reel then we will have filmed to meet this format so it may look different if posted on YouTube.
Yes we can travel anywhere with enough notice. If we are required to travel abroad, travel arrangements and extra costs will be discussed and agreed prior to the shoot days.
We ask that you download Dropbox, free of charge and all your assets will be placed in a secure folder that only us and yourself will have access to. That way you can download all your content without losing quality. We do not send any final content over Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram etc.
