Passion reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Booking Terms & Conditions

9.1 Your contract will be fulfilled by Passion.

9.2 Upon booking, you will receive a legally binding Services Agreement outlining your payment schedule.

9.3 Non-compliance with payment schedules may result in restrictions to your platforms or legal action.

9.4 Work will not commence until the required deposit is received and relevant information is provided.

9.5 Passion. is not liable for any incorrect information sent by the client.

9.6 Any amendments after project sign-off may incur a fixed day rate unless due to our error.

9.7 Clients are entitled to a complimentary 30-minute consultation, followed by a proposal and quote.

9.8 Should you proceed with a proposal independently of Passion, a consultancy fee of £400 is due within 30 working days.

9.9 The set-up fee or initial down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

9.10 Where monthly payments are agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Payments can be made via BACS or Direct Debit.

10. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment authorisation fails or if there are mistakes in advertised pricing.

11. Marketing

You agree that Passion. may use your name and images from your project for marketing purposes, provided they are not disparaging.

12. Cancellation Policy

12.1 Cancellation of monthly retainers requires 30 days’ written notice.

12.2 If you cancel a project after paying a deposit, the deposit is retained, and you will be charged for any additional work completed.

12.3 Full payment is required for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us, superseding any prior agreements.

14. General

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be submitted by email to info@passion-productions.co.uk or in writing to our Directors. Responses will be provided within 14 working days.
