Sonos, a global brand known for their premium bluetooth audio products, needed to showcase their latest speaker, the Move. As with most of their products, the Move was designed to be portable and versatile, and this needed to be the key focus of our content.
Due to time constraints, we immediately started working on the project. We decided to highlight the speaker’s durability and versatility in an active environment – a football pitch. After the concept was finalised, all we needed was a suitable model. Our first choice for this project was Rubi Deschamps, a popular local model with a strong background in football. We believed her skills would be a perfect fit for this particular project, so we brought her on board and took to the pitch.
Football holds significant importance in this city, so our team developed a brief for a fast-paced, energetic, and powerful piece. To add a creative touch referencing local connections, we chose Jericho Lane, a well-known location within the city. Although it would appear as an ordinary pitch to outsiders, those familiar with the city would appreciate the exclusivity of this choice.
The shoot itself went without a hitch. The only challenge we encountered was a limited time frame due to the sun’s position. However, thanks to our team’s meticulous planning, we managed to capture everything necessary to ensure the success of the shoot for all parties involved.
